У Миколаєві оголосили конкурс архітекторів для врятування будинку офіцерських зборів

Департамент архітектури та містобудування Миколаївської міської ради оголошує відкритий всеукраїнський архітектурний конкурс на кращу проєктну пропозицію з реставрації та пристосування пам’ятки архітектури національного значення — "Офіцерського зібрання" за адресою: вул. Артилерійська, 7, м. Миколаїв.

🔹 Що шукаємо?

Концептуальне рішення для перетворення історичної будівлі на сучасний культурно-науковий центр, з максимальною повагою до її архітектурної автентичності.

🔹 Хто може брати участь?

Архітектори з кваліфікаційним сертифікатом («Архітектурне об’ємне планування»);

Авторські колективи (із сертифікованим архітектором у складі).

📅 Терміни конкурсу:

Реєстрація: з 12.06.2025 до 14.07.2025


Надсилання конкурсної роботи: до 30.10.2025




Завершення конкурсу: 13.11.2025

🥇 Перша премія — 140 000 грн

🥈 Друга премія — 105 000 грн

🥉 Третя премія — 70 000 грн




🎁 Фонд додаткового заохочення: 60 000 грн (розподіляється за рішенням журі)

🏛 Attention, Architects!

The Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Mykolaiv City Council announces an open nationwide architectural competition for the best design proposal for the restoration and adaptation of a national architectural monument — the "Officers' Assembly" located at 7 Artilleriyska Street, Mykolaiv.




🔹 What are we looking for?

A conceptual solution for transforming this historic building into a modern cultural and scientific center, while preserving and respecting its architectural authenticity to the fullest extent.




🔹 Who can participate?




Certified architects (specializing in “Architectural and spatial planning”);




Design teams (must include a certified architect).




📅 Competition Timeline:




Registration: June 12, 2025 – July 14, 2025




Submission Deadline: October 30, 2025




Competition Conclusion: November 13, 2025
